The Role

As a Recruitment Partner at WeComm, you’ll play a crucial role in building a best-in-industry network across your specialist area. Whether it’s Digital, Marketing, Tech, Ops, or Creative, you’ll be out there – speaking with real people, having real conversations, and making real impact.
* You’ll work with both existing and new clients to introduce our community-driven approach, building relationships not databases.
* You’ll meet clients in person and via Teams, acting as a true partner – not a transactional recruiter.
* You’ll be actively growing a network of high-quality professionals so that when the right role comes along, it’s not about CVs – it’s about knowing exactly who’s right.
* You’ll be supported, trained, and empowered to do your best work – but this role rewards those who drive things forward.

The Person
You might have a background in recruitment or sales – great if you do, but not a deal breaker. What is essential is energy, ambition, and a passion for retail. We’re looking for:
