Robert Half Ltd are pleased to be working with an organisation based in Wallingford that are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join the team on a temporary basis. The role supports multiple business units and contributes to efficient financial operations and continuous improvement across the group.
Key Responsibilities
* Process supplier invoices, including matching to POs/GRNs and resolving queries
* Prepare supplier payments and support AP review sessions
* Reconcile bank accounts, including foreign currency
* Raise sales invoices and credit notes; perform cash allocation
* Support month-end processes, including AR reporting and handovers
* Assist with process improvements, audits, and integration of new business units
* Build strong working relationships across finance and the wider business

* Proven experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong Excel and general IT skills
* Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
