In this mid-senior commercial role, you will be focused on driving growth through partnership and sponsorship-led opportunities. The role is responsible for originating, negotiating, and closing complex partnerships on behalf of brands and rights holders, and generating revenue through transactional deal-making. This role operates as a specialist commercial lead, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business to identify and deliver partnership opportunities aligned to the agency’s strategic direction. You Will: Help to drive revenue for the agency through the direct sale of partnerships on behalf of rights holders in the world of sport Help to drive revenue for the agency through the proactive matchmaking of brands and rights holders, supporting with the brokering of significant seven-figure partnerships from brand identification through to contract signature Support and at times lead on complex partnership negotiations on behalf of brands across all major categories, engaging with some of the most sophisticated commercial operators in global sport Act as a commercial leader within the business, identifying opportunities to sell the agency’s integrated sports marketing services to brands across Europe Work in partnership with the Head of Europe and global CCO to position the agency as a leading partnership dealmaker across major sports Report tangible commercial growth on a quarterly and annual basis Thrive in challenging, C-suite environments whilst pitching to decision makers at some of the most prominent global brands You Have: 10-12 years of relevant experience, including proven and recent experience negotiating significant sports partnerships Ability to share examples of recently closed partnership deals within European sport Specific expertise in Formula 1 and football, alongside experience across major European sports Solid understanding of partnership assets, valuation, packaging, and how rights holders go to market Recent expertise in partnership negotiation and deal closure Strong credibility within the commercial sports landscape, supported by an established professional network This hybrid role is based in our fabulous London office, but has a global reach Our Benefits Include: 25 days holidays per year plus national bank holidays Healthcare/Dental/Vision plan Company pension scheme Paid Maternity and Paternity Leave coverage
