What will you be doing?
You’ll be the driving force behind revenue strategy across your hotels, ensuring RevPAR is maximised and performance is optimised. Working closely with the Regional leader, you’ll take ownership of forecasting, budgets, and commercial decision-making to deliver outstanding results.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and managing daily pricing strategies across your hotels
* Preparing accurate weekly forecasts and clear action plans to overcome challenges
* Creating annual budgets and conducting periodic reviews or ad-hoc reforecasts
* Leading Business Review meetings, presenting results and recommendations
* Ensuring accuracy of reporting with the Yield executive team
* Overseeing group reservations and block bookings
* Training, motivating, and developing your team with regular performance reviews
