We are looking for a Band 6 Specialist Occupational Therapist to work within the AHP Medical Team at Glasgow Royal Infirmary. The team provides assessment and treatment of adults with a wide range of medical conditions within acute medical wards. The role requires a car driver.

The post holder will be responsible for the management and prioritisation of a complex and varied caseload, from initial assessment to discharge. They should also make onward referrals to relevant community services upon hospital discharge. Experience with supervision and teaching is desirable, as this is a large part of the role for both HCSW, rotational staff and students within the team. Service development and continuous change is a key part of our team. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and enjoys being part of an enthusiastic and hardworking team.

You need to have a live HCPC UK in order to be considered for this post.
