What You Will Be Doing
* Train and/or safely operate a Ready-Mix Truck in urban and rural areas, sometimes with tight construction sites.
* Perform routine maintenance of equipment, including reporting minor mechanical issues and maintaining thorough cleanliness of the unit daily.
* Help keep areas in and around the plants clean and hazard-free.
* Execute work safely at all times by complying with our Safety Protocols.
* Stay in compliance with DOT and BURNCO requirements.
What We Would Like From You
* Be 21 years or older.
* Hold a valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL).
* Have at least 1 year of general commercial driving or Mixer driving experience.
* Be able to pass MVR, background checks, drug & alcohol testing, and a physical assessment.
* Be willing to work irregular hours and on Saturdays.
* Be flexible to work from other BURNCO plants based on business needs.
* Commit to safety, customer service, and teamwork.
