Attribution Causation Controller - Attribution - Monument Place
Purpose of role:
To ensure correct investigation, attribution, reporting and final root cause of train running delay information to support performance improvement commitments outlined by the industry.
Key Accountabilities:
* Ensure all incidents are correctly investigated, described and coded
* Adhere to contractual timescales
* Identifying patterns and trends and sharing these with the wider functions
* Adhere to the Delay Attribution Principle and Rules
* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge:
* Appreciation of performance improvement
* Knowledge of railway and infrastructure operations
* Excellent understanding of Delay Attribution Principles and Rules
* Good understanding of Customer Services and Operations.
Skills:
* Oral and written communication
* Time management
* Good investigation and analytical skills with an eye for detail
* Professionalism and strong work ethic
* Teamwork and collaboration
* Ability to handle difficult conversations.
Experience:
* Experience in data entry, data interpretation and report production
* Excellent investigation skills.
