This role is crucial in maintaining the safety and cleanliness of our facilities, working closely with designated cleaning teams and interacting with all school staff, pupils, parents, and the Trust estates team.
Conduct regular safety checks and maintenance tasks to ensure the environment is safe for pupils, staff, and visitors.
Set up facilities for school events and activities as required.
Manage the storage and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Proven experience in caretaking or facilities management, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building good relationships with all school stakeholders.
Practical knowledge of maintenance and repair tasks.
