Salary to £55k Working for a successful, sustainability-driven MEPH consultancy.
They specialise in designing and managing technical engineering solutions for the built environment, serving a blue-chip portfolio They prioritise a 'software first' approach, combining applied building physics and digitalisation with traditional MEP consultancy to optimise asset performance.
This is a hybrid role (depending on the candidate's location), requiring UK-wide travel and periodic attendance at their head office in Shrewsbury Delivery of Commercial Energy Performance Certificates using IES dynamic simulation modelling software.
Supporting the delivery of energy audits to BS EN 16247.
Work with the team to develop real building lifecycle and upgrade strategies contributing to improved energy performance.
The delivery of energy efficiency to clients to reduce operational costs and improve building asset ratings.
Strong knowledge of building services.
CIBSE accreditation as an Energy Performance Certificate Assessor (To Level 5).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and drive within complex and agile team structures.
Ability to prepare detailed reports and presentations for a diverse range of audiences A self-start approach, with the capability of planning one's own workload (recognising deadlines) and communicating effectively.
