About the role
We’re expanding in Eastbourne and looking for kind, reliable people to support adults in their own homes. You’ll be part of a supportive, award‑winning Brighton branch team with clear training and ongoing development.
What you’ll do
* Provide personal care, medication support, meal prep and light household tasks
* Offer companionship and encourage independence
* Travel between client visits in the local area
* Keep clear, accurate visit notes
What you’ll get

What we’re looking for
* A caring, patient approach and good communication skills
* Reliability and professionalism
* Able to work alternate weekends and some early/evening shifts
* Drivers: Full UK driving licence and access to a car (preferred)
* Non-drivers: Confident using public transport (free bus pass provided)
* Right to work in the UK (required)
Training & compliance
Full training and shadowing provided. If successful, you’ll need to attend the branch to verify Right to Work and compliance documents in person (enhanced DBS required—guidance provided).
