Job Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and conscientious IT Helpdesk Technician to join our busy IT Services team at Stephenson College.
Responsibilities
In this role you will act as the first point of contact for any queries and work with the IT team to solve these and provide support. There also may be opportunities to get involved in other tasks across the wider IT team through supporting casework and projects.
You will be a strong communicator with the ability to communicate information clearly and accurately across the team and organisation. You will have the ability to work successfully as part of a team and have strong attention to detail skills.
Qualifications & Experience
We’re looking for someone who has experience of working with Microsoft technologies and supporting people with day-to-day challenges, issues and queries. You will have experience working in a generalist IT support role and excellent communication skills.
Applicants must have the right to work in the country without the need for sponsorship.

The successful candidate will be employed by The Leicestershire College a subsidiary company of Loughborough College. The terms and conditions of employment offered by the Leicestershire College are different to those of Loughborough College. Employees of the Leicestershire College are based at one of the campus’ of Loughborough College Group.
