Salary: £27,000 - 31,000 per year Requirements:
* Understanding of SLA management, first-time fix metrics, and stock control principles.
* Knowledge of Facilities Management software, specifically CAFM.
* Well-developed Excel skills.
* Ability to interpret data in different formats with attention to detail.
* Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
* Understanding of system change management.
* Experience of system UAT (User Acceptance Testing) is useful.
* Experience of management reporting is useful.
Responsibilities:
* I will assist with the resolution of internal support tickets in a timely manner.
* I will monitor system performance, identifying and investigating errors.
* I will handle all administration tasks related to system software.
* I will manage email and ticket issues effectively.
* I will serve as the central point of contact with system suppliers to support, manage, and resolve complex issues or improvements in system functionality.
* I will manage and report on EPIX performance KPIs/SLA’s.
* I will oversee contract renewals, reactive tasks, planned preventive maintenance (PPM), compliance, work orders, and SORs.
* I will implement and demobilize operative, supplier, and client accounts.
* I will provide support for any system changes or enhancements.
* I will produce user guides and provide system training.
* I will update and maintain system documentation.
* I will set up and support sub-contractor portals.
* I will highlight any system improvements that could enhance productivity and benefits to Lancer Scott.
* I will collate system improvement requests or ideas from users and present them to senior management for review and approval.
