Nookal seeks a motivated and professional Customer Relationship Officer to manage and enhance the customer journey, from initial trial to full onboarding, ensuring every client is set up for success on our software platform.
About the Role:
As a Customer Relationship Officer, you will play a critical role in both sales and customer success, managing the complete sales cycle: prospecting, sales calls, product demos, proposals, and closing. You will convert trial users into paid subscribers, be a trusted consultant, and deliver seamless onboarding experiences. You’ll also be the customer’s advocate, relaying feedback to our product, support, and engineering teams, and ensuring internal collaboration for the best customer outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
Sales & Prospecting
* Represent Nookal’s software solutions with deep product understanding and consultative selling;
* Generate leads, nurture prospects, and qualify new sales opportunities;
* Manage a pipeline of interested prospects; schedule and conduct meetings, demos, and calls;
* Guide prospects through the entire sales process (from lead to close), including pricing, negotiation, and contracts—all managed via our CRM;
* Meet quota targets and maintain high levels of sales activity (calls, demos, emails);
* Attend and represent Nookal at events, conferences, webinars, and trade shows.
Onboarding & Customer Success
* Deliver smooth, structured, and impactful onboarding and training to new clients;
* Create and update onboarding and training materials in collaboration with Support and Marketing;
* Identify and implement ways to streamline customer education and adoption.
Follow-up and Training
* Proactively engage clients at key lifecycle stages, especially after subscription and during challenging topics or negative feedback;
* Develop and improve training systems/materials to address recurring needs.
Relationship Management
* Provide dedicated support and regular check-ins to high-value customers (50+ practitioners);
* Organize and lead quarterly or bi-annual feedback sessions with key accounts.
Internal Collaboration & Professional Development
* Actively contribute to meetings and internal initiatives;
* Document processes and assist with staff training;
* Seek opportunities for continuous learning and share knowledge with your team.
About You:
* Previous experience in B2B sales, SaaS, customer relationships, or onboarding.
* Confident presenter and communicator (via phone, email, video, and occasional in-person);
* Highly organized, results-driven, and resilient when handling objections;
* Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and achieve quotas;
* Passion for customer advocacy, problem-solving, and continuous improvement;
* Strong team player, keen to work across departments (Sales, Marketing, Product, Support).
Key Performance Indicators:
* Sales Target: Meet or exceed a quota;
* Customer Engagement: Qualify all new trials within 48 hours and provide regular follow-up;
* Churn Prevention: Proactively re-engage inactive customers within 24 hours of notification;
* Relationship Management: Maintain online contact and organize training/feedback for high-value clients.
