French speaking Control Centre Coordinator
Location: Folkestone - Kent
Salary: up to £43,000 per annum plus great benefits
We are currently recruiting for multiple opportunities within a busy, safety-critical Control Centre environment of a major company.
The positions play a key role in the safe and efficient operations of a major transport provider where you will be responsible for monitoring the real-time activities, coordinating operational responses, managing critical information as well as communicating with internal and external stakeholders to support service delivery and safety
**Candidates must be willing and able to work a 24 hour, 7 day shift roster**

French Speaking Safety and Information Controller

The candidate:
- Fluent in French required ( from B2 level and above)
- Previous experience in transport / railway / control centre beneficial but not required
- Ability to work under pressure as well as in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and able to lead by example
- Good IT skills
- Valid driver’s licence and passport essential

French speaking Transport and Staff Controller
Main duties: To be responsible for the management and assignment of staff to ensure smooth operations as well as provide relevant information to internal and external departments
The role:
- Coordinate and allocate staff to support operational requirements and service delivery
- Monitor staff availability and arrange cover where required
- Respond quickly to operational changes, disruptions and emerging issues
- Adjust staffing plans to maintain service continuity and performance
- Communicate effectively with staff, managers and stakeholders
- Monitor operational activity and identify the causes of service issues or delays
- Provide timely and accurate operational updates to relevant teams
- Maintain accurate records of operational events, changes and communications
- Ensure all activities are carried out in line with company procedures and safety requirements
- Support operational managers in delivering an efficient and effective service

French speaking Safety and Information Controller
Main duties: Working as part of the control room team, you will be responsible for maintaining safe and efficient operations through the monitoring of safety systems, incident coordination, information management and stakeholder communication.
The role:
-Monitor safety and operational systems to ensure the effective delivery of services
- Respond to alarms, incidents and operational issues in line with established procedures.
- Coordinate and support emergency, maintenance and operational responses when required
- Communicate clearly and promptly with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Monitor operational performance and identify the causes of disruptions or service issues
- Escalate incidents, risks and concerns to the appropriate teams or managers
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, operational events and communications
- Provide timely updates and information to support effective decision-making and service continuity
- Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures, safety standards and compliance requirements.
- Support the wider operations team in maintaining a safe, efficient and well-coordinated working environment.
