The Opportunity
We're seeking an ambitious 360 Billing Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team in Hemel Hempstead towncentre. As a specialist in Legal Private Practice recruitment, you'll work with some of the Home Counties most prestigious businesses while building your own personal brand in this lucrative market.
Your Role
* Full 360-degree recruitment lifecycle ownership
* Business development and account management with key clients
* Candidate sourcing, screening, and relationship building
* Market mapping and headhunting of passive candidates
* Negotiating terms and closing deals
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
What You'll Need
* Proven track record in recruitment (minimum 1 year) or relevant recruitment sales experience
* Strong commercial acumen and business development skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
* Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
* Resilient and target-driven approach
* Knowledge of the Legal sector (desirable)
* A positive can do attitude
What We Offer
* Competitive basic salary : £30,000 - £50,000 DOE
* Uncapped commission structure (OTE £45,000 - £70,000 first year)
