Founded in 2015, Freightways offers UK and international haulage, warehousing, container services, and pallet forwarding with the Palletforce network. We have an experienced team, a fleet of vehicles including cars, vans, 7.5t, 18t and 44t artic trucks, and spacious premises (with parking) in New Alresford.
We are looking for a Customer Services representative and Administrator to help support our growing haulage company. Experience is preferred, but training will also be provided for the right candidate. Desirable skills include;
* Experience of Transport and Pallet network operations
* Friendly and efficient telephone manner
* Great Customer Service Skills
* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
* Hard Working and Self-Motivated
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Experience and proficiency with varied Computer systems- experience with Microsoft office package essential
Office hours are required between hours of with breaks during the day included. Pay depends on hours worked and experience provided.
