Role: Senior Change Lead, Public Markets Platform Team (Investment Transformation & Technology)

Overview: This role is critical to the Investment Platform, acting as a technology partner to business areas. You will drive platform modernization, efficiency, and business growth by implementing change across public markets investment teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Solutioning & Delivery: Understand business requirements, propose solutions (leveraging Aladdin where possible), and lead delivery through engineering squads or third parties.
2. Aladdin Expertise: Provide support and drive adoption of Aladdin across Public Markets teams, acting as a Subject Matter Expert.
3. Business Analysis: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify gaps, define enhancements, and contribute to strategic product selection.
4. Process & Workflow: Promote best practices, highlight impacts, and ensure demand prioritization aligns with business objectives.
