This is a fabulous opportunity to join Sodexo, a global leader in Facilities Services with over 430,000 colleagues worldwide, working at the state of the art Global Headquarters of the l eading BioPharmaceutical company in the UK at the Cambridge Biomedical Campus What you’ll do: Deliver a professional 5-star customer service experience across the site Ensuring Tea and Coffee Machines are stocked and operational Loading/Unloading dishwashers Monitor consumables - eg dishwasher tablets/Tea/Coffee/Milk within your operational area and notify supervisor of ordering requirements Monitor and set temperature controls on refrigerators Reporting of faulty equipment to supervisor Maintain high standards of housekeeping, hygiene, waste management, and reactive cleaning (such as liaising with cleaning team regarding spills) Report faults, incidents, customer feedback, and safety concerns while working collaboratively with onsite teams. What you bring: Previous experience within customer service, facilities management, hospitality, or a workplace support environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and customer-focused approach. Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and respond positively in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to deliver high standards of customer care while maintaining service quality and operational efficiency. Knowledge of COSHH, health & safety, or facilities-related procedures is desirable; relevant training or qualifications would be an advantage.
