THE ALLSAINTS TEAM at AllSaints is a global brand with a diverse mix of roles. We design in-house and source from a small number of suppliers and artisans around the world to sustainable standards. We are expanding and seeking new team members to contribute to our exciting plan.


The Role

As a floor manager, you will support the brand leader and store manager in managing and motivating your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience to our customers. You will help create a store as the centre of a community of AllSaints fans and customers who shop in store, online, or via partnerships. You will provide knowledge, leadership and support to stylist team members handling first-line customer enquiries via our online customer service system. The role requires strong organisation, resilience, enthusiasm and determination to ensure the in-store experience is consistently excellent and that the store represents the AllSaints brand in the most exciting way possible. Leadership of the stylist team will be central, coaching and supporting team members to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional service.


What Will I Be Doing?

* Spend the majority of the day on the busy shop floor trading with stylist teams and ensuring that all processes run smoothly, while delivering the best in-store customer experience.
* Oversee and provide leadership and support to stylist team members with first-line customer queries, emails, chats and calls across topics relating to product and customer orders via our online system.
* Partner with specialist customer experience team leaders to manage team KPIs and SLAs for online customer support.
* Become an expert ambassador for our product to inspire both in-store and online customers and your team.
* Work commercially to showcase products, follow guidelines, and prominently display best-selling items to provide the best brand experience.
* Be accountable for day-to-day store operations and manage team deployment, while developing business acumen and ensuring stylists receive coaching and support.
* Collaborate with the management team to enable the store to exceed targets and KPIs.
* Proactively manage people matters (e.g., return-to-work interviews) and liaise with People & Culture on issues requiring investigations, performance/attendance management, and reviews.
* Create and implement floor plans and rotas to set the store up for daily success.

About the Location

We are opening a new AllSaints store at Battersea Power Station in London, a landmark turned shopping and lifestyle destination with a growing community of residents, professionals and visitors. It is one of London's exciting retail experiences with high-end and high-street retail, dining and attractions.
