Role Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Painter to join our growing team. This is a full-time, remote position. The successful candidate will work on a variety of painting and decorating projects, both large and small. Key responsibilities include surface preparation, application of paints and finishes, and ensuring high standards of quality in all completed work.
CIS payments
We're looking for someone who is ambitious and driven, with a genuine interest in developing their skills and growing within the company. There will be opportunities to gain additional qualifications and training, such as First Aid, PASMA, and SSSTS..
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform interior and exterior painting and decorating
* Prepare surfaces and apply paint, varnishes, and other finishes
* Use various painting methods, including spray painting and coatings
* Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
* Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
* Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in painting and decorating
* Skilled in spray painting techniques (bonus)
* Wallpapering experience would be a bonus
* Ability to use a wide range of paint products
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Health and Safety awareness
* SSSTS certification is a bonus
* A professional qualification in Painting and Decorating is desirable
* Must hold a valid Blue CSCS Card
* Must provide two references
