Job Description
3. Lead warehouse operations in line with health, safety, and compliance requirements
4. Plan and manage warehouse resources to meet customer and delivery expectations
5. Ensure quality objectives, delivery deadlines, and service levels are consistently achieved
6. Develop and report monthly KPIs including picking efficiency, OTIF, stock accuracy, damages, and space utilisation
7. Drive improvements in warehouse utilisation and operational efficiency
8. Manage third-party storage providers through regular reviews and site visits
9. Oversee inter-site stock movements to maintain the correct inventory balance
10. Ensure warehouse systems are used effectively through training, monitoring, and data integrity checks
11. Maintain accurate stock records and ensure master data compliance
12. Lead, train, and develop the warehouse team, including performance reviews
13. Promote a culture of continuous improvement across warehouse operations
14. Act as out-of-hours emergency contact for site security where required
15. Manage contractor inductions and ensure policies are communicated and enforced
The Successful Applicant
16. Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics management role
17. Strong operational, organisational, and people leadership skills
18. Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives
19. Confident planner with the ability to manage priorities and meet targets
20. Strong communication, delegation, and team management capability
21. Good IT skills, including Microsoft applications and Warehouse Management Systems
