Job summary This is a newly created post within our Estates, Facilities and Capital directorate and a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual, with a strong estates background in project delivery and maintenance, to take their career forward. The Trust has a number of new and significant estates led projects, consisting of new builds, refurbishments, lifecycle and backlog. The post holder will work within our Trust team to support our capital projects team in the successful delivery of projects and small works, monitoring the work of both contractors and Estates staff with regards to building maintenance and installation works, to ensure that it is in line with Trust policies and statutory and regulatory guidance.
