Job Description
Accounts Assistant responsibilities include:
* Producing monthly management reports
* Monthly and annual cost schedules
* Bank Reconciliation
* Balance sheet reconciliation
* Provide customers with regular statements.
* Maintaining cashbook from bank statements
* Posting journals
* Company credit cards and expenses
* Monthly cash flow forecast
* Ad-hoc tasks as required
The Successful Applicant
The candidate will have:
* Experience in a similar Finance role - Required
* Actively studying towards AAT/ACCA/CIMA qualification - Required
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Required
* Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships - Required
* Pro-active approach to learning new skills - Required
* Good working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
* High attention to detail and levels of accuracy - Required
