SEN Teacher Required /Liverpool/ September start

About You:

1. Passionate about SEN: You are enthusiastic about working with children with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, and other complex learning difficulties.
2. Skilled in Differentiation: You know how to adapt lessons to meet the diverse needs of your students, enabling them to achieve their full potential.
3. Positive and Nurturing: You are patient, caring, and able to build strong, trusting relationships with your students.
4. Collaborative Team Player: You enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, support staff, and fellow teachers.
5. Proactive and Resilient: You thrive in a dynamic environment and are skilled at managing challenging behaviour with a calm, supportive approach.

The school is a rapidly growing specialist provision that caters to students with a wide range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), many of whom have been excluded or are at risk of exclusion from mainstream education. It focuses on delivering a holistic approach to learning, integrating academic, emotional, and social development to support the diverse needs of its pupils. Responsibilities:

6. Deliver a tailored curriculum that supports both the academic and personal development of students.

8. Work closely with the SENCO and other professionals to ensure personalised learning plans are effectively implemented.
9. Positively manage behaviour, promoting resilience and self-confidence in your students.
10. Inspire students to develop essential life skills to thrive in both education and beyond.
