Our Tax Accounting and Risk Advisory Services (TARAS) team specialises in delivering large-scale and complex tax accounting services with a focus on quality and technical excellence. We support clients on a broad range of projects including fully outsourced tax accounting services, group tax reporting, advisory engagements, and large-scale tax audits. By combining deep technical expertise, industry knowledge, proven methodologies, and cutting-edge tax technologies, we work with some of the most prominent multinational companies—including FTSE-listed and significant inbound businesses. The Opportunity Due to recent client wins and continued growth, we are looking for experienced and driven Managers to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work with some of the largest and most high-profile clients in the market, supporting them through an increasingly complex tax and regulatory environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with both existing and new clients. Lead the successful delivery of technically complex tax compliance and reporting engagements, as well as associated advisory projects. Ensure high-quality client service and technical excellence across all deliverables. Collaborate closely with specialist tax teams across the business. Build and maintain strong internal networks. Supervise, coach, and mentor junior team members, supporting their development and performance. Take a lead role in team initiatives, including resource planning, knowledge sharing, and business development. About You Strong tax accounting skills with in-depth knowledge of accounting standards. Significant experience in corporate tax, with a background in either practice or an in-house tax function. Proven experience in UK tax accounting and group reporting. Expertise in tax audits, including leading audit engagements for various clients. Ability to interpret tax legislation and communicate its impact clearly. Strong project management skills: able to plan, prioritise, meet deadlines, and manage budgets. Strong technical knowledge with a proven ability to deliver complex advisory work. Experience with tax process improvement, controls design, and implementation. Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills. Negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to sustain a professional point of view under pressure. Effective communicator in both written and verbal formats across all levels. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment. Strong business development skills, including identifying and converting opportunities. Confident team player with a collaborative mindset and leadership capabilities. Experience in coaching and developing junior colleagues. Commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently.
