About the Role Are you passionate about shaping high-quality digital education? We are seeking a Quality & Curriculum Lead in Digital to drive continuous improvement across our digital programmes, including Digital Marketing, Cyber, and Data. This pivotal role involves designing industry-leading curricula with employers, developing our teaching staff, and upholding rigorous quality standards to ensure we are always prepared for Ofsted inspections. Main Purpose of the Role Your core focus is leading the improvement of our digital programmes through innovative curriculum design and staff development. You will ensure all IQA activity meets the needs of learners and exceeds awarding body requirements, fostering a culture that leads to positive Ofsted outcomes. Key Responsibilities ?Lead curriculum design with employers to meet industry needs, focusing on Digital Marketing Level 3. ?Drive the development of teaching staff to improve the quality of session delivery. ?Oversee the internal verification (IQA) of all vocational assessments, providing constructive feedback to the teaching team. ?Ensure all internal quality assurance activities align with Think Employments processes and meet the awarding body's protocols. ?Lead preparations for external visits, including EQA and Ofsted inspections. ?Provide comprehensive reports on quality performance to Senior Leaders, focusing on strengths and areas for development. ?Champion and embed strategies for continuous improvement across all digital programmes. ?Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant records for all IQA activities. Skills and Qualifications Essential ?IQA Qualification (Level 4). ?Qualification and/or proven competency in Digital Marketing Level 3. ?Minimum Level 3 Teaching Qualification. ?Minimum L2 English/Maths/IT. ?A proven record (2 years minimum) of internally verifying vocational learning programmes. ?Experience supporting adult learning provision and playing an active role in Ofsted inspections. ?Proven track record of involvement in EQA visits. ?Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills. ?A strong understanding of GDPR and ?Safeguarding practices. ?Desirable ?Qualification and/or proven competency in Cyber / Data Level 3. ?Assessor Qualification. ?Experience in managing a team of assessors.
