Position: Affiliate Manager
Location: Full-time, office-based
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (negotiable for the right candidate)
Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Affiliate Manager to take full ownership of our affiliate marketing programme. This is a high-impact, full-time office-based role, ideal for someone with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced B2C environment such as ecommerce, fashion, or beauty. You’ll be responsible for developing our affiliate strategy, managing platform partnerships and driving performance across our publisher network.
We are also open to new affiliate programme partnerships and collaborations, and the successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and establishing these opportunities.
As the business scales, this role offers a clear pathway into leadership, with the potential to build and manage a dedicated affiliate team.
