What You’ll Do
* Conduct structured assessments (telephone and face‑to‑face) for Work Capability Assessments (WCA) on behalf of the DWP
* Review medical evidence and produce clear, evidence‑based clinical reports
* Apply your professional judgement to evaluate how health conditions affect daily living and work capability
What We’re Looking For
* Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Physiotherapist
* Minimum 1 year post‑registration experience in an adult clinical setting
* Current NMC or HCPC registration
* Confident communicator with strong report‑writing and IT skills
* Experienced in managing complex health conditions and independent caseloads
* Note: sponsorship is not available
What You’ll Get
* Salary: £40,000 – £42,000 (rising by £1,000 at 6 & 12 months)
* Bonus: Up to 10% based on performance
* Schedule: Monday to Friday only – no nights, weekends, or bank holidays
* Hybrid working: Split between home and local assessment centre
