Building Surveyor (home based) - Rural Estates
Location: Staffordshire
Type: Full-time
Salary: c. £50,000

What You'll Do
1. Inspect & Assess: Carry out detailed building surveys, identify defects, and recommend solutions.
2. Advise & Report: Prepare clear reports and specifications for repairs, alterations, and maintenance.
3. Manage Projects: Oversee works from design to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met.
4. Ensure Compliance: Advise on building regulations, planning permissions, and health & safety.
5. Collaborate: Work closely with rural teams, contractors, architects, and engineers.
What We're Looking For
6. Degree or professional qualification in Building Surveying (RICS accredited preferred).
7. Strong technical knowledge of building construction and regulations.
8. Health & Safety expertise.
9. Excellent communication and project management skills.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
11. Physically fit and comfortable working in varied environments.
