* Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling, and priming
* Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, doors, and woodwork
* Work efficiently on live or fast-paced commercial sites

Requirements:
* Proven experience in commercial or high-end painting projects
* Strong attention to detail and workmanship
* Knowledge of different paint types and finishes
* Ability to work independently and follow instructions
* Good time management and site etiquette
* Own tools and transportation preferred
