Role Overview
If you have the knowledge, experience and aptitude to work within a friendly fast‑paced Housing Solutions Team providing an administrative function, then joining our team could be your next career move.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide efficient and high‑standard administrative support.
* Assist in the processing of Housing Register applications in accordance with internal policies.
* Deal with customers face‑to‑face, over the telephone and by email.
* Handle enquiries relating to the letting, termination and repair of the Council’s garage stock.
