We're partnering with a fast-growing, forward-thinking business that's expanding its operations and looking to add a Project Coordinator to its team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in vehicle graphics, fleet livery, rail refurbishments, or project coordination who wants to develop their career in a supportive, well-structured environment.
The Role
As Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. Working closely with the Project Manager, clients, and internal teams, you'll help keep everything on track, organised, and delivered to a high standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Project Manager with end-to-end project delivery
Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building strong working relationships
Scheduling and booking jobs, ensuring accurate records and smooth workflow
Coordinating internal teams to meet deadlines and project requirements
About You
This role would suit someone who:
Has experience within fleet livery, vehicle wrapping, rail graphics, or a similar environment
Understands installation or production processes within vehicle or rail graphics
Is highly organised with strong communication skills
Takes a proactive approach and wants to grow within a business
