The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week and the hourly rate is £15.88. Location: Armagh- Recruitment Shared Services Centre Pay Rate: £15.88 per hour Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday- Friday (37.5 hours) Contract: Until September 2026 As a Recruitment & Selection Team Leader, you won't just manage processes-you'll lead people, drive performance, and help deliver vital services that support communities every day. Key Responsibilities This is a fast-paced, dynamic leadership position where you will: Lead and inspire a team delivering end-to-end recruitment services Ensure performance targets (KPIs & SLAs) are consistently achieved Oversee recruitment operations, workload planning, and service delivery Provide expert HR advice across recruitment and employee-related matters Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and service quality Support and develop your team through coaching, training, and performance management Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Health & Social Care Your work will directly contribute to maintaining a high-performing healthcare workforce across Northern Ireland. Essential Criteria You must meet one of the following: A relevant degree or professional qualification plus 1 year's recruitment experience in a large, multidisciplinary organisation OR 3 years' recruitment experience in a large, multidisciplinary organisation Desirable CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) Experience within HSCNI Key Skills & Attributes Proven experience leading or managing a team in a target-driven environment Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience designing or delivering training Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Additional Information If you would like to apply or find out more about this role, please contact Geraldine Stevenson at Honeycomb using the details provided.
