Role Description
This is a commision based role for a Talent Manager at Origin House Management. Please only apply if you are freelance/self employed as we only work on a commision basis.
The Talent Manager will assist in managing a dynamic roster of creators and artists, coordinating schedules, maintaining client relationships and facilitating brand partnership opportunities. Additional responsibilities include contributing to strategic planning, negotiating partnerships and ensuring deliverables align with business objectives.
This role is remote but will require occasional in personal collaboration in Manchester/London.
Qualifications
* Relationship building and communication skills to effectively manage artist and client relationships
* Project management and organizational skills to coordinate schedules, meetings and deliverables
* Analytical and creative thinking to contribute to strategic planning and generate innovative ideas for brand partnerships
* Marketing and media knowledge to understand trends in content creation and audience engagement
* Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for communication, reporting and project collaboration
* Passion for the creative industries and understanding of content, media and branding
* Previous experience in talent management, entertainment or marketing is a plus but not required.
