Parts Advisor - (Commercial Vehicles) Location: Bicester Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 £3,000 annual bonus (OTE up to £33,000) Hours: 44.5 hours per week Overview ISQ Recruitment are seeking an experienced Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor to join a busy and fast‑paced parts department in Bicester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with technicians and customers, thrives in a multi‑brand environment, and wants to develop their career within a growing commercial vehicle operation. In this role, you'll ensure technicians receive the parts they need quickly and accurately while also supporting retail customers both over the counter and by phone. What the Role Involves Serving technicians and retail customers efficiently, ensuring excellent service at all times. Ordering required parts and consumables, monitoring deliveries and updating relevant teams. Maintaining stock levels and reporting shortages or delays. Providing accurate information on availability, lead times and pricing. Handling phone enquiries, counter sales and internal workshop requests. Supporting the team with daily parts operations, administration and general department duties. Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards within the parts environment. Hours of Work Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern: 07:00-16:00 08:00-17:00 09:00-18:00 Alternate Saturdays: 08:00-12:00 Weekly hours averaged across the year Candidate Profile Essential: Experience working within a commercial vehicle or automotive parts environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport internally and externally. Highly organised, accurate and confident managing multiple requests. A proactive approach and willingness to support colleagues across the department. Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work under pressure. Preferred (but not essential): Relevant industry qualifications. Experience with multi‑brand parts systems. Knowledge of HGV or LCV components.
