We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to work at a well run, hard-working school in the Ramsey area of Cambridgeshire. Vision for Education are looking to recruit someone who has a passion and interest for helping those who face daily barriers to learning and need extra support to help them overcome these barriers. This is a full time role, beginning in March 2026 or sooner if possible. About the role Within this role you will be working with pupils who need extra support to help them in and outside of the classroom. Some pupils have an EHCP and all have plans in place to enable them to access the curriculum effectively and remain focused and settled within the school environment. We are looking for people who have experience of delivering a therapeutic approach to resolve communcation and behavioural difficulties.
