Registration and Opportunities
We are looking for secondary Early Career Teachers to register now and be ready to work in the Wirral area this September 2024. Registering with Tradewind provides exposure to various teaching settings and roles, aiding your professional growth while you work towards your Induction, whether on supply or long-term positions.
Completing Your Induction
Yes, you can complete your Induction while on supply teaching! Full-term placements in different schools can count towards your Induction. If secured a long-term position for a full academic year, you can also complete part of your Induction. Remember, only placements of one full term count, and you need to complete the full time equivalent of two academic years.
