6. Maintain and organise client files and records accurately.
7. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders via email, phone, and in person.
8. Handle incoming and outgoing mail for the legal team.
9. Assist with billing and invoicing processes as required.
10. Ensure compliance with relevant legal and company policies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Temporary Legal Secretary should have:
