About the role
We are currently working with a fast growing insurance broker who want staff to come in and enjoy what they do, and stay for the long term. They are based in Andover and now have a nice opportunity for someone to join them in a brand new role as a Commercial Claims Handler.
Key responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing and looking after call claims for the business, which is SME business in nature, for shops, restaurants, pubs, and tradesman as well as some Property Owners, Fleet and Commercial Combined too. Youll be responsible for managing the claims process for your SME commercial clients, with regular contact being kept with them and the insurers to keep your clients fully updated every step of the way.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need at least 1-2 years commercial claims experience, encompassing a range of commercial lines claims, including commercial combined and Property.
Compensation and benefits
In return they offer a salary of £27-35k depending on your experience, a lively working environment, with 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, an extra day off for your birthday. Working hours
The workinghours are Monday to Thursday, 9am to 6pm and Friday 9am to 5pm, but will also consider someone who is looking for hybrid working arrangements. They also operate a casual dress code, so no need to worry about wearing business attire here!
