JOB PURPOSE The sales & Office Coordinator role is responsible for supporting all sales activity & general administrative duties for the office. A self-starter who thrives in a busy office environment managing incoming enquiries via phone and email, liaising with other departments, and providing swift and professional customer service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities Managing inbound customer enquiries from the website and the main sales/marketing email inbox Ensure inbound calls are answered in a timely manner Responding to customer queries from our global distributors, including providing accurate and productive information Processing customer orders and ensuring they are input in a timely manner Liaise with Supply Chain and Logistics to advise customers on availability & lead times Monitor orders on the system and ensure customers are kept informed on progress Provide telephone and admin support for members of the sales team Reporting figures for management General office & site engagement co-ordination when required. Assisting the senior management team members/other departments with ad-hoc project/tasks when necessary. What we’re looking for Experience in customer service and sales order processing Excellent communication skills, including articulate telephone manner and written communication Highly accurate when inputting information Proficient with Microsoft Office Language skills are desirable but not essential Ability to work with minimal supervision.
