The FP&A Manager plays a vital role in supporting the continuous improvement and growth of TwiningsOvo by acting as a key link between the business units and leadership.

You will partner with various Business Units, maintaining a detailed understanding of their performance, challenges, and operations, providing genuine commercial insights for growth opportunities.

The role also involves responsibilities related to group planning and financial tracking, requiring an ability to understand daily operations and elevate insights to strategic recommendations for senior management. It involves working across a global beverage business with international supply chains, requiring regular travel.


Key Responsibilities

* Act as a business analyst for several Group Business Units, maintaining strong relationships with BU management and understanding their financial levers and performance.
* Provide high-quality financial and commercial support to BU and group management to aid business objectives.
* Offer insightful recommendations by understanding the BU, its market, and strategic direction.
* Lead or support major projects such as acquisitions, restructuring, and efficiency reviews.
* Contribute to planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, synthesizing insights from data reporting systems.
* Assist in preparing quarterly presentations for the CEO/CFO to the ABF board.
* Design and maintain value-adding reporting processes and analysis tools for the group.
* Review capital projects and marketing investments, providing insights and recommendations.
* Oversee period reporting and analysis from BUs and Finance teams, summarizing for senior management.
* Support initiatives to enhance finance partnering capabilities and share best practices across the group.
* Anticipate senior leadership information needs and collaborate with BUs to fulfill them.
* Develop and maintain key relationships across the business.
* Act as a role model for Twinings values.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

* Significant commercial experience, including business planning and analysis, preferably within FMCG or decentralized businesses.
* Relevant Finance qualification.
* Experience working with senior non-finance managers, providing complex business insights.
* Experience in project evaluation, including supply and overhead projects.
* Experience assessing investments with unpredictable returns, such as marketing.
* Understanding of pricing strategies.
* Experience in control environment reviews or audits.
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
* Project management experience is desirable.
* Strong commercial awareness and market understanding.
* Highly analytical, detail-oriented, with the ability to identify trends and synthesize information.
* Ability to incorporate external insights and collaborate effectively.
* Excellent stakeholder relationship and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
* Proficient communication and engagement skills, curious and knowledgeable.
* Self-motivated, able to challenge constructively.
* Culturally aware with flexibility in international contexts.
* Demonstrates initiative, accountability, intellectual rigor, and persistence.
