ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our Tech team to keep our systems running smoothly, fix issues quickly, and build sensible improvements across our CRM, automations, and data. Hands-on, practical, and ideal for a curious problem solver who wants to learn.
RESPONSIBILITIES
CRM (45%)
Maintain and improve our CRM
Design and implement workflows and automations
Troubleshoot and fix bugs
Automation (30%)
Monitor live workflows
Fix automations when they break
Build new automations to reduce manual work
Identify opportunities to streamline processes
Data (25%)
Keep data clean and accurate
Create and maintain reports and dashboards
Spot and resolve data issues
Handle general data tasks as required
ABOUT YOU
Some coding ability in JavaScript, Python, or similar
Proficient in at least one backend or scripting language (e.g. Python, JavaScript, PHP, Ruby, Java, C#)
Logical, methodical, and comfortable debugging
Curious about how systems fit together
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
Motivated to learn and grow
This is a full time, permanent, office-based role with no work from home/hybrid opportunities.
