Children's Social Worker / Assistant Team Manager – Fostering & Kinship Team, Wokingham
Pay: £38.97 per hour.
Contract: Contract role – Fostering & Kinship Team, Assistant Team Manager / Deputy Team Manager.
The team supports our Fostering & Kinship community who provide care for children. The team includes a Team Manager, 3 Assistant Team Managers, 9 Social Workers, and 2 family support workers. The role adds capacity to the team and supports a range of managerial tasks.
Responsibilities
* Support the development, recruitment, and training of Foster Carers.
* Assist with managerial tasks across the team to increase capacity.
* Work in a hybrid environment with flexible working arrangements.
