Labourer (Public Sector)
VANRATH are assisting our client, a large Public Sector Organisation, in their search for an experienced Labourer who can join their Portadown team within social housing sector. 3 months initially with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities
* Reporting to site manager on a daily basis, assisting tradesmen, demolition works, clearing out void properties and all other associated tasks.
* To undertake the full range of general labouring duties and response maintenance and building work on the full range of Housing Executive properties
* Always present a positive, can-do attitude
Requirements
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Must have sound knowledge of construction industry
* Must be able to work independently
* Good working knowledge of Health and Safety in the Workplace
* Excellent attention to detail and accurate record keeping a must
* C.S.R. Card
* Experience in a similar role is desirable
* Access NI Required
Remuneration
c£24,584 per annum, plus discount benefits.
