An excellent opportunity has arisen for an In-House Plot Sales Conveyancer to join a well-known legal team supporting a major residential developer in Manchester. This is a hands on, fast paced role managing new build plot sales matters from instruction through to completion, with hybrid working and an immediate start.

Description
The In-House Plot Sales Conveyancer will be:
* Managing a full caseload of new build plot sales from instruction to completion
* Drafting and issuing contracts, transfer documents and title packs
* Handling enquiries, dealing with requisitions and resolving title issues
* Liaising directly with sales, technical and site teams to progress matters
* Managing completions, post completion processes and filings with relevant bodies
* Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and KPIs
* Monitoring file progression and providing regular updates to stakeholders
* Mitigating legal risk and maintaining audit ready casework
Profile
The In-House Plot Sales Conveyancer should be:
* A solicitor or equivalent with strong residential conveyancing and plot sales experience
* Able to manage a full caseload of new build plot sales matters
* Confident drafting contracts, transfers and title documentation
* Comfortable handling enquiries, requisitions and title issues with minimal supervision
* Used to working closely with internal stakeholders in a commercial environment
* Available to start at short notice for an ongoing locum assignment

You will benefit from an immediate start, an ongoing contract, a competitive hourly rate of £35 to £45 per hour and hybrid working with 2 to 3 days in the Manchester office.
