We're looking for a creative and driven Digital Communications Executive to join our Internal Communications team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping how we communicate across our organisation - from leading our intranet (Hive) to producing engaging, high-quality digital content.
Responsibilities
- Taking the lead on the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of our intranet (Hive), ensuring it's engaging, user-friendly and accessible for all colleagues
- Supporting and empowering a network of Hive administrators across the organisation
- Creating compelling content across multiple channels - including intranet, video, social media, blogs and more
- Designing eye-catching visuals and campaign assets aligned to our brand
- Supporting internal communications campaigns and key transformation projects
- Producing and editing video content to enhance storytelling and engagement
- Partnering with teams across the business to encourage collaboration and content sharing
- Monitoring performance and helping demonstrate the impact of communications activity

Experience (2+ years) in a communications or digital content role
Qualifications
- A natural storyteller with exceptional writing and proofreading skills
- Strong creative and design capability (Adobe Creative Cloud experience is highly desirable)
- Confidence creating content across formats, including video and multimedia
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- A collaborative, approachable team player who can build relationships at all levels
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard hours when needed, Play a key role in connecting colleagues and shaping organisational culture
