We’re looking for a Sales Ledger Assistant to join our busy and friendly finance team, supporting the managed side of our business—including hotels, deposits, Dark Kitchens, third-party bookings, and gift experiences. In this role, you'll take ownership of sales ledgers across multiple sites, ensure payments are processed accurately, reconcile accounts, and provide top-notch support to both internal teams and external partners. What You’ll Be Doing: Managing and maintaining accurate sales ledgers for a range of sites Allocating incoming payments and resolving mischarges or discrepancies Carrying out credit control activities to recover outstanding debt Supporting month-end processes, including ledger reconciliation and reporting Collaborating closely with site teams, audit, sales, and other support departments Raising invoices, monitoring overdue accounts, and chasing payments Ensuring cash and EPOS transactions are properly reconciled What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a finance assistant or reconciliation role Strong reconciliation skills with a sharp eye for detail Confident handling large data sets and investigating financial discrepancies Proficient in Excel and accounting systems (experience with D365 BC is a bonus) Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal Organised, deadline-driven, and able to prioritise effectively Positive attitude with a drive to deliver outstanding support and service Why Join Us?
