A leading multinational insurance business are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support an ExCo member and part of their Senior Leadership Team.
A fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Executive Assistant looking to build a strong trust-based partnership with their Executive. You’ll work proactively to anticipate needs, act as a sounding board, and keep things moving behind the scenes.
Responsibilities:
* Heavy diary and meeting coordination across a busy global schedule
* Support for Board and Committee meetings: preparing decks, taking minutes (no shorthand needed), managing agendas
* Expense management via Concur
* Acting as a true gatekeeper and trusted contact, internally and externally
* Attending meetings for minutes and follow-ups
ey requirements:
* Minimum 5yrs ExCo/board level EA experience in insurance / financial services
* Unflappable, calm under pressure, precise and proactive
* Organised, professional, and someone who never needs a reminder
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills
* Tech-savvy with advanced MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
* Confident, experienced, and able to represent your senior leader with polish and finesse
