Location & Role
Due to the award of a major development in the Newport area, this is a permanent Project Manager position. As PM, you will be No.1 on the project, reporting to the Area Operations Manager. You will manage and direct a large project team and ensure that the project runs to programme and specification.
Requirements
Our client is looking specifically for a Project Manager from a main contracting background who is keen to move into a residential biased field.
