Job Description Your role as an Invoice Variance Controller Deal with invoice matching variances in a timely manner, as defined within the service partnership agreement Provide a seamless service to General Managers who require credits or stock adjustments Providing a high level of customer service through our Pub Query System Create a culture of challenge around variances encountered and always strive to eradicate root causes Establish if and where a process has failed and take the necessary steps to prevent future issues and be comfortable recommending process changes where required Be the first port of call to assist 1,700 pubs with delivery or stock queries Day to day reporting tasks and ad hoc as requested What you’ll bring… An enthusiastic mindset towards problem solving to get to the root cause of variance Analysis skills with a keen eye for detail Teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Interpersonal skills to build rapport and relationships with both team members and suppliers.
